Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Synergy Wetsuits, from sizing to performance care.
How do I ensure I am choosing the correct wetsuit size?
Sizing is critical for performance and buoyancy. We recommend using our detailed size chart which factors in height, weight, and chest measurements. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for a competitive, hydrodynamic fit.
What is your return policy for triathlon wetsuits?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. We understand that fit is vital, so you may try on the suit indoors, but we cannot accept returns on suits that have been used in open water or swimming pools.
How should I care for my Synergy wetsuit to make it last?
After every use, rinse your wetsuit with fresh water to remove salt and chlorine. Hang it to dry inside out on a wide-shoulder hanger in the shade. Avoid direct sunlight and never use a washing machine or dryer.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Synergy Wetsuits ships to athletes worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes.
What type of warranty comes with my purchase?
All Synergy Wetsuits come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear, fingernail tears, or damage from improper storage.
Which wetsuit is best for a beginner triathlete?
For beginners, we recommend the Vindicator or Endorphin models. These provide maximum buoyancy to help improve body position in the water and feature flexible neoprene to reduce shoulder fatigue during the swim leg.
